Concrete Tile Conversion - Matipo Drive, Tuakau - September 2025

JR Roofing completed a full conversion from concrete tiles to Colorsteel long run metal roofing for a residential property in Tuakau, North Waikato. The project involved removing the old cracked and worn concrete tiles, installing new long-run Colorsteel sheets, and replacing all flashings. The gutters were also removed and replaced with colorsteel ¼ round gutters in grey friars. The roofing replacement was completed quickly, and the gutter replacement followed shortly after.
